Late Spring in the Hudson Valley

Vanderbilt Mansion

We spent last week relaxing in the Hudson Valley, touring small towns, estates, gardens, an outlet mall and the Culinary Institute of America. Our first host at The Willows b&b was a CIA graduate and made the most fantastic breakfasts. If possible you should attempt to find your own CIA grad to make your meals. The desserts we had at one of the student cafes were so good. Of course, could peanut butter mousse be bad?
